Chayan Bhatta - Engineer

Chayan Bhatta is a dedicated engineering professional with over forty years of experience specializing in civil and structural engineering. His experience includes working with cities, municipalities, and corporations in the areas of structural reviews, development and review of complex plans, compliance with local and national codes, and cost estimation and analysis. 

As part of the Aniles cost segregation team, Chayan is responsible for site inspections, cost data review, structural analysis, cost analysis, compliance, and internal collaboration with tax professionals

Chayan holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and Masters of Science in Project Engineering and Structural Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Chayan is licensed in Arizona, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Texas, and Florida.
